This, my first book, was published some three years ago and it was the success of this book that gave me the encouragement to write another one! The feedback and letters I’ve received from people who’ve bought the book and tried the recipes at home has been particularly gratifying. I wrote is to celebrate 10 years of running Morston Hall and I wanted to share some of the recipes that I had developed and evolved over that time, and which had been particular favourites with our customers.

So you’ll find favourites such as Roasted Butternut Squash and parmesan Soup, Fresh tuna Niscoise salad, Marmalade Roasted Breast of Duck and Buttered Norfolk Samphire!

My good friend Delia Smith very kindly wrote the foreword and each recipe comes with easy to follow instructions.
